The Granny Goose snack company has been producing snacks since 1946. While their main plant was in Oakland, CA the company needed to expand in the early 1950s. The company added an additional plant to Fresno, CA and in 1958 Olsen was responsible for overseeing an addition to both the Oakland and Fresno plants.
